The short version. SIMAK LABS LTD is one company, registered in the United Kingdom. Delvia, Simak AI, SeeMadinah and FastLaTeX are its products, not separate companies. Each product has its own terms and privacy notice, and those decide how that product works, how it is sold and how it handles your data. The company's own documents on this site set the common ground and fill any gap a product's documents leave.

How the company and its products relate
The company stands behind every product. SIMAK LABS LTD provides each product listed above. Unless a product's own terms name another party, the company is the party you contract with for that product and the controller of the personal data that product processes.
Each product makes its own decisions. A product's own terms and privacy notice decide, for that product alone:
- what it provides, and who may use it, including any minimum age;
- its prices, plans and any trial;
- who sells it and how payment is taken;
- how renewal, cancellation and refunds work;
- the rules for using it;
- what personal data it collects, why, and for how long.
Products can differ on any of these. The terms of one product never apply to another.
The company's documents fill the gaps. Our general terms, our refunds and cancellation policy and our privacy notice set the common ground. They apply to a product only where its own documents do not cover a point, and they never reduce the rights a product's documents give you.
Someone else may sell a product to you. Where a product is sold by an app store or by an authorised reseller acting as merchant of record, that seller is named before you pay, and the purchase is between you and that seller. Our general terms explain what that means.
Client work is separate. Software the company builds or runs for a client is governed by the written agreement with that client, not by the documents on this site.
