Why is there no setup fee?
We cover the build and are paid back through the subscription, which only works if you stay. So our incentive is to keep your system fast and working for years.
When does billing start?
Web apps and platforms are billed from signing. If you don't approve the first prototype, your first month is refunded. Websites are billed from launch, and if you don't approve the site you owe nothing.
Who owns the code and the data?
Your domain, brand, content and customer data are yours. SIMAK LABS licenses and runs the code and the infrastructure for as long as the subscription is active.
How long is the agreement?
12 months, which pays for the build you did not pay for up front. After that it runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Yes. Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Google Workspace and most tools with an API. Tell us what you use when we scope the work.
Do you build for iOS and Android?
Both, from one codebase, including App Store and Google Play submission.
