Why is there no setup fee?
Agencies charge a large fee up front and move on once the site launches. SIMAK LABS covers the build itself and is paid back through the subscription, which only works if you stay. So the incentive is to keep your site fast and working for years, not to finish a project and leave.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes, all of it. Your domain, business name, logos, photos, copy and customer data stay yours. SIMAK LABS licenses and runs the code and the infrastructure for as long as the subscription is active.
How long is the agreement?
Every plan starts with a 12-month agreement, which is what pays for the build and the automation setup you did not pay for up front. After that the plan runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
What if I don't like the design?
You review and test the whole site on a private link before your domain is pointed at it. If you do not approve it, you owe nothing.
Can it connect to the software I already use?
Yes. QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Calendly and Jobber are standard, and most tools with an API can be connected on request. Tell us what you use in the first conversation.
